h22a motor/h23a1 tranny CLUTCH question.
Hey guys, I was wondering since everything would be able get a new "Aftermarket" Clutch since i'll be running the h22a motor/h23a1 tranny.
I'm just looking for like a good Daily Driver Clutch that can really perform.
I've been told maybe get like a "stage 2 clutch" ..but i dont' get the whole stage thing
any help guys??

If its a daily driver i recommend a stock clutch setup. With aftermarket "stage 2" etc pressure plates comes a significant increase in pedal effort required. If you ever drive in stop and go traffic youll be cursing yourself because its a pain in the ***, not to mention it will actually wear FASTER than a stock clutch because you have to ride it more to get a smooth engagement.
On my h22 engine h23 tranny combo i used a exedy stock type replacement and never regreted it. However, if you abuse your car it will begin to slip until it cools down.

What is your setup and power goals?
If you're just sticking with the basic bolt ons, a stock full face disc clutch would suffice.
