driving lights do not work..

driving lights do not work..
on my 98 hatch...the driving lights do not work..i checked the bulbs...its fine...
-When i turn on my headlights, my headlights work. However, the rear taillights and the front corner lights do not come on.
-When i signal, the turn signals work...however, the rear taillights and the front corner lgihts do not come on..
I checked most of the fuses...the engine bay fuses look fine...however under the dash fuse box...i dont have the paper to see what fuses are what fuses..
please help me out
