Default 1993 Accord fuel pump not getting power

I have a 1993 Accord w/ 2.2 FI. I thought I had a fuel pump problem because I was getting 0 pressure at the fuel rail. After removing the tank and fuel pump, I wired the pump directly to a battery and it worked and produced about 45 psi. I then checked the electrical connector that supplies power to the pump. The meter shows 0 volts when the key switch is in the ON and START positions. I have a Chilton manual, but it does not address this problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Richard.
