Default Azenis Sports - same tires, different size, completely differnt car

why is my R wandering with JDM 16 inch wheels with FAlken Azinis sport 215/45 R16's, but it's perfect with the oem 15 inch wheels with Falken Azinis sports in 205/50 R15's

Tires on the 15's are old, bald and have uneven wear from being on my turbo'd 87 Teg.

Tires on the 16's are hardly used, perfect wear and plenty of tread.

What is the offset on the 16's? A lower offset will make the car "wander".

Does the "wandering" change if you rotate the wheels/tires front vs rear?

Is it possible that any of the 16" wheels is out of round, somehow? Or that any of the 16" tires is defective?

Wheels are all perfectly true. Doesn't seem to matter if you swap front to back...i think i just need to adjust the camber a little with the wider tires to reduce the straight line contact patch slightly
