These valve springs are off from my 94 GSR Head with 110k miles, all the springs are square and is good to replace broken or bent ones.

The chromoly retainers are made by COMPCAMS for B series, not sure if it works with H/K series, and are stronger and lighter than stock ones. These retainers are shorter than stock ones (so it won't bottom out on the valve stem seal when used with high lift cams), and features a snap fit design when used with stock VTEC valve springs. I'm not sure if these can be used with other valve springs beside stock ones, but you can determine if they do by looking at these specs.
