Default RSX-S Front speaker change

How do you get the tweeters out of the dash up near the windshield? I dont see any access points to get in there. They sound like sh*t and i dont want to have to take my whole dash apart to replace them.

Also, do I have to take the whole door panel off to access the lower door speakers?

Finally, when replacing them is there a factory crossover eliminating bass from the tweeters or would i install an aftermarket one from a set of component speakers.

thanks

I don't know if it's just me but when I switched to an aftermarket deck, it had 4x105 power so it eliminated those front tweeters and instead just produced output out of the front 2 front door speakers and rear speakers...

There's a little notch on the tweeter, you just gotta look around it. As far as the two fronts working, you have to tag the tweeters to the speakers, unless you're running components, then the tweeter would run off of the crossover.

If the tweeters are the same as EP's you just pull the tweeter trim off the door, unplug it, and remove the tweeter from the grill (3 "bump clips").
