what happened after the ITR got stolen? (update)
Some of you heard about my ITR getting stolen a while back... Late last year... I told you guys that I was going into bikes and no more car for me. So I bought this CBR 600rr yellows like the ITR. Went down about a month ago. I was almost sure that I was done with bikes but after two weeks I was like hell no!!! and bought another one. I'm fixing up the old one and should be getting the new one either this week or next... Just hitting you guys back on the update... I kinda miss posting on the ITR forum...
I still have my avatar with the pic of my ITR and is staying like that forever, but yeah... now I have two bikes, the yellow one is turning black... picking up the new fairings for it today.

Dude if they are talking about cutting his leg off, I'm pretty sure that even with gear it would've been the same. Leathers only cover you from like road rash and stuff but not from getting your leg cut off by something that caused it... which I'm pretty sure it wasn't caused by him going down

To each his own, but i say fugg motorcycles! They are far too unforgiving if you aren't respectful of their power and ability. Even if are a great rider it still doesn't mean some retard out on the road won't pound you with their automobile.
Glad to see you weren't hurt worse. Looks like you learned a very valuable lesson. Be safe out there man, i know too many people lately who are dying on motorcycles.

yeah is ok... they put this foam thing at the hopital... Is suppose to act as a scar while the inside rebuilds itself and then it'll fall off(just like a scarrrrr). My ankle was the one that i thought i broke and had to have surgery but thankfully is ok... I've been trying to run at the gym but i guess is still healing up because it still hurts...

I feel you man for i went down on the exact same bike same color also. I went down messed my self up and took out most the exterior and a frameslider it did it's job good. I felt like a train hit me the next day i was hurting bad but apparently i did not fall hard enough because i still want to keep learning how to ride bike's. This month i finish fixing her up
Here are some pic's of the aftermath . I did not get as hurt as you did tho sorry you went through that man.

hell yeah that's what I like seeing, people going down and getting back up. What were you wearing if anything? So you don't know how to ride yet or? You know that one brace that holds the gauges? how much did it run you and where did you get it?

Like an asshat i was wearing jersey gear which is what i mostly hang out in just comfy but not good for going down on street
I do not know how to ride just looking to aquire this Cbr from my brother in-law so i took it for a spin seem'd easy i was wrong it has power i underestimated. I'm gonna still buy it from my brotherinlaw just looking to play around with something less powerful and learn well before i hop on this again. The bike came with that gauge stay like that only things done are the smaller turnsignals but brighter and leo vince exhaust.
I did have a helmet on thank*God

Nice bikes... Too bad it got wrecked.
I had an offer to trade my first car ('90 300ZX) for a Ducati 900 that was scraped down a wall, the frame was straight, it just needed new fairings. My dad didn't let me do it, and I was pissed as hell at him for weeks... Until I saw my buddy at Barnes and Noble after a bike wreck (Wilmington drivers are terrible, he got side swiped at 60MPH, just cruising). In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't do the trade... Stupid 16 year old me on a monster bike would have been bad, especially with Wilmington's bad drivers.
You bike guys have *****.

Haha i was torn between switching the color to black or red i left it yellow because if it was not yellow i would have never given the bike a second glance.

depends, i've seen some pretty bad road rash.
people seem to have the misconception that having a motorcycle automatically means you're gonna die from it. if you ride within your limits, keep very well aware of what's going on around you and dress for the crash, you minimize your risk. all these motorsports that we do are about calculated risk after all.
i've found it very enjoyable to have my motorcycles, personally.
and like the rr's above, mine matches my typie too
white/red 01 honda, just like the caR!
keep 'em shiny side up guys. and for the love of god, get some overpants or something *_*
