D15B7 head on D15B8 block

Default D15B7 head on D15B8 block

Will the D15B7 head fit on the D15B8 block. Since the B7 has 8 more valves will they have clearence from the pistons?

some B8 don't have the needed valve reliefs.

You'll know for sure when you remove the head.

right on. I will let you know when I am going to do it so that you guys can look at it the day i post it. Its my only way to get around! I was going to do it this weekend but i am in a wedding so it will most likely be next weekend.

ok thanks man Mista Bone! Thats what I was thinking. They might have the 16s in them or will they for sure have the 8?

from info I've seen most 92's and some 93's had the 8v, then they went to 16v DX pistons.

But I've also seen a 95 that had 8v pistons.

a b7 i had lying around and my old b8 had the same bottom end with 4 reliefs in each piston
