i got a ipod adapter for my car, but i need to plug it into the antenna, were is the antenna? and how would i get to it?

my radio is stock as well. how do i remove the faceplate?

i have a 2007 special edition accord.

I don't believe the 2007 Accords have the traditional antenna as previous generation Accords. Depending on your adapter, it may or may not work with your Accord.
