Default Bad fuses, broken bulb or bad connection??

1- The passenger side headlight on low beam does not turn on. But only when it's on high beam. I presume it's a bad bulb and just needs replacement?

2- The passenger side jdm foglight does not turn on at all, driver's side is perfectly fine. Bad fuse? bad bulb? bad connection?

Cliff: Not fond or savvy on electrical wirings. And the car is an EH2 (eg6) hatchback.
