2/5 was the BLT that was with me when I was on the 31st MEU out in Okinawa back in '06.

 

Shocks/struts and springs came in today. Next post will be after the test drive.

 

A few miles on the new set-up so I thought I'd share. Everything you'd expect from Bilstein and Eibach. Not too low, not too stiff. Want to upgrade your suspension without dropping your car or your wallet? I would recommend this approach.

Appearing "lowered" and actual performance are two very different things

I much rather have my car handle well than be sacked beyond recognition and scrape everywhere I go.

Bilsteins will be my shock of choice when I go to replace mine. Prokits are great springs, but if you're looking for a "lowered look", you need to go elsewhere.
