Beatem with a stick! Dosn't make sense to buy everything to convert a normal integra to a Type R.... might as well just buy one.

I bet the VIN isn't that of an ITR. So no, I wouldn't need the title to tell.

Because your car has JDM front, opt sides and slats, lowered, JDM goodies probably, etc. things to make the car look unique to you. His car has "everything off a USDM Type-R to make it look like a Type-R"

It doesn't make any sense to me for someone to turn a stock RS into a stock looking ITR. why not go for what you did - ya know?

Sounds to me that they stole an ITR and stripped it of everything, assembled it onto another car, with the specific intent to sell it, not to make it their own.

just my $.02

c'mon you guys.... why is it that anything to do with a type r is "stolen" or looks "fishy" if its for sale. now i understand that lots of people have had issues do to people stealing these cars and parts, but not every person in this world is shady. some people arent given a fair chance.......... ohhhhh type r stuff on a car thats for sale gee must mean its stolen..... maybe the guys aquired the parts legally or found a good deal in a junk yard or whos to say he didnt get a jdm front clip and put the parts on his car........ if you dont know for sure then dont go pointing fingers

I agree!! Ive seen more post about people thinking Type R parts are stolen, that they see up for sale on CL/Ebay! Some of it is probably stolen, but not everything you see for sale is stolen!! I've seen many people Buy ITR parts to build there GSR/LS/GS/RS to TYPE R specs. Just because they cant afford the actual car!!
Hopefully you guys are wrong and that guy built that car LEGIT!
