Please Help! Stuck Crank Bolt 98 Accord F23 VTEC
Used a breaker bar with chain type, pipe holder (broke the outer rim!). Used a 700 ft lb Impact at 6.5 scfm, no luck. Used heat for a couple minutes then impact, No luck. Anyone know a secret? Should I heat for more? Have done many old cars (here in the rust bet and this isn't rusted) and am stumped! Never saw a Clean bolt this stubborn! Please help.
I'm assuming that you've tried using some catalyst.
I think you've thrown all the equipment at it that I would. How are you keeping the crank from turning?

Used plenty of PB Baster but i don't see that being fruitful as it is hard to get past the bolt head lip and washer to the smaller threads and below. I am still holding the pulley still with this:

After 3 days it finally broke free. FYI. I turned the pressure reg on the compressor up tp 130LBS and heated the **** out of it! Finally! Not recommended if you like your airtools! (Thank you SEARS for covering my IR.)
