Default Another n00b question on Accords..

I cant seem to find the answer anywhere. There is a significant difference between the rear ends of Honda Accords in the same year, and im curious to know what the names of the models are, and how/why theyre different.

Both 1998 Accords, why the change?

This is the most common, basic accord that I find.
