Skunk 2 Coilover Install
I just got a set of skunk 2 coilovers and I'm going nuts! I want them on right now! My friend that works at a Honda dealer as a mechanic cant get to it till not this Sat. but NEXT Sat., and a local shop in town cant get to it till wednesday and then it would be 210 bucks just to install!
I want to know how hard they are to install, and if I should just get it professionally done. I dont want to mess up my car but I am good with my hands. I am an excellent car stereo installer, and I even had my own car stereo shop at one point in my life, and I was the only installer. I can install an intake pretty easily, but I never messed with a car's suspension. Are there any special tools that i might need? I appreciate any help.

Be patient and get it perfessionaly done. Your suspension is one thing you DO NOT want to mess up. Just wait, the skunk2 are good I have them .Only thing is that I got my installed for 100.oo no tax local import shop helped me out. Installing a intake and installing a coilover kit is 2 different things. Do not get impatient and try and do it yourself. Good luck bro.

well...I got em on. I DONT recommend that any retards attempt to install them, but it was kinda hard. I decided to try it since i had the whole day off and nothing to do, and well 7 hours later I got them on. I didnt realize I had to cut until I had everything up, but I'm not the type of person to quit so i pulled out my dremel, pulled out my air compressor and got dirty. It was deffinitely not easy but it can be done by a normal person. I havent lowered it yet I have it set at factory height, I had alot of stuff to do after I got done so I'm putting lowering it off till tomorrow. oh yeah and I LOVE the ride.
