Default shift linkage problem

my friend has a 99 civic ex with a gsr swap.... the problem is that the o2 sensor is slightly hitting the shift linkage?..can this lead to the problem of not being able to double down gears while at certain rpms?..or can it be the clutch that is causing that?

FACTORY gsr shift linkage?

factory linkage shouldnt hit the o2...one of those chinese jobs might.

shift linkage is one of those things that i have never seen duplicated better than OEM at all...hasport, avid racing...it works but it's garbage compared to OEM.

Um as far as I know, they use OEM ones but use new bushings, I have a hasport one, and it feels great. I have owned two of them, one in my crx, one in my eg , feels amazing.
