Speedo not working in a b20 swapped 94 eg... where to look first?

Speedo not working in a b20 swapped 94 eg... where to look first?

I already tried a new cluster and that wasn't the problem... where to go from here?

VSC. vehicle speed sensor. That would be my first guess, even before the cluster.

look for grounds too. i think the ground for the speedo is right on top of the trans.
