I've got a problem with my car where the clutch isn't engaging until you get to the very top of the pedal (literally) and also, was having a problem going into 3rd, 4th and 5th. I've replaced the slave cylinder, nothing, synchromesh, nothing, next is tearing apart the tranny/flywheel/clutch. So if worse comes to worse, I was told that the synchros in the tranny could be going, so I have a friend that has my old LS tranny and was wondering would they work in a GSR Tranny?

 

No the synchros on 2-3-4 are completely different
