Default Question about bigger injectors

I have venom injectors. Venom says they flow 10% better than stock. Since I have bigger injectors, does that make my car richer than normal? If it does, do I have to lean my fuel that much more than normal to compensate for it?

TIA

im not too sure, but I think if you are running the same fuel pressure, then bigger injectors dont change anything bc the same amount of fuel is coming through the fuel rail. i could be wrong though. just a thought.

wrong you are.

Malice: yes you will run richer, but those injectors are still very close to stock size
so its negligable.

so how does a FPR work then? shouldnt that regulate the amount of fuel that is running in the system?

Fuel pressure will be the same but since you have bigger injections (=higher flow rating), they will pass more fuel in the allotted cycle then the stock. Think of it like a garden hose sprayer, pressure will be more or less the same but the more you squeeze the handle (more flow, bigger opening) the more water will come out in the same amount of time.

pressure will increase/decrease flow rate. To figure flow rate change:

sqrt(new pressure/old pressure) * old flow rate = new flow rate

most injectors are rated at 43psi pressure.
