From what you mentioned, I think it'll get you close but not quite there... I'm looking for a smiliar power goal.

Trying to reach that much power with an n/a motor is gonna be tough... pretty costly as well due to the high amount of machine work required throughout the motor. Go turbo

i believe that simplicity works with honda motors. pick the right parts that work with each other and youll be surprised how much power you can pull from the 1.8L

Some Comments on your selections.

ported and polished ITR head -at least $1200-$1500 for the power you want plus upgraded springs, and valves
skunk2 manifold -PERFORMER X INTAKE MANIFOLD

aem fuel rail -No NEED
aem cam gear -OK
dc 4-1 header -SMSP, Hy-tech, RAGE, SSR, 2.5"
high flow cat
2.25 exhaust straight -not big enough, 2.5"
high compression pistons and rods -you will need at least 12:1 to make that kind of power
ARP head studs and rod bolts -good
aem cold air intake -make sure 3"
koyo aluminum radiator -OK
chipped p72 -Hondata or Crome
good dyno tune
basically a poor mans type-r -and yes you will be very poor after this

Some items missing
CAMS???
JUN3's, TODA B's or C's, Rocket M24x's, Skunk2 Stage 3, PRO 2 or PRO 3, Buddy Club 5's
Larger Throttle body 65mm or larger
Larger Full Injectors 310's or 370's

Even with all of this you will still have a hard time hitting this target.
Take a look at this post.

I was going to say that you're going to need a better header than a DC sports; something that costs $1000 or more.

Hmmm, dont see the fascination in all motor when you have to spend so much. 7500$ for an n/a motor that requires race fuel

2500$, good tune, 9lbs of boost, and your lookin at easy 300+ whp and some decent torque.

you'll be lucky to break 200 whp. Why does everyone think 200+ is so easy to achieve....

loll... thats nothing. If that shocks you, talk to my friend.. he says 450 all motor is easy on a prelude! LOLL
and cheaper than a turbo kit and budget boost engine build. ROFL

but yeah... To make any sort of decent power on all motor, you're going to need pretty much all of the best parts. Go to the all motor section and look at the dyno thread.. When you find a hp and tq amount you like, pretty much copy their setup because 1 variance can make or break it.

Fun to build and drive, but very expensive. We built my son's b16 to 194 hp and its great, just abit expensive. Good luck!

Good luck

How do you figure that to be hard on my build? my buddy has 225 to wheels with a small header and a stock air box with proof. everything i stated is getting me to 220 with no problem. it should be done within 2 weeks

dohcmonsta what you stated isnt far if anything from my build and you say im barley breaking 200whp

Thats the truth right there. If i decide to do an all motor build id go with a B20/VTEC setup

You already made your first mistake, you bought a honda. Sell your car, buy a Nissan, and call it a day. I dynoed at 197/173 with I/H/Crush bent exhaust.
