Default OBD 0 into OBD I Vehicle (searched)

Well my friend ordered a OBD 0 B16A for his 95 EX coupe. He already swapped the tranny for a hydraulic one and now we would like to know how to wire it up before we put it in. Is it possible to cut and splice? I checked rywire.com for a obd0 to obd1 conversion wiring harness and couldnt find one. Besides wiring is there anything else I need to know about installing this OBD 0 swap? Do they differ from their OBD I and II counterparts?

honestly it'd be worth the money to get and obd1 distributor, engine harness and ECU....if this car is going to be anything more than just a swap that runs half as good as it could save yourselves the headache and convert the motor to the OBD edition the car is
