Default OBD 0 into OBD I Vehicle (searched)

Well my friend ordered a OBD 0 B16A for his 95 EX coupe. He already swapped the tranny for a hydraulic one and now we would like to know how to wire it up before we put it in. Is it possible to cut and splice? I checked rywire.com for a obd0 to obd1 conversion wiring harness and couldnt find one. Besides wiring is there anything else I need to know about installing this OBD 0 swap? Do they differ from their OBD I and II counterparts?

you'll have to wire up knock sensor unless you plan on using the P28, also you'll need to swap over the VTEC solenoid plug on the VTEC solenoid to the one from the EX engine
