I know i can swap the 96-98 cupholders (popup lid) with lower din into a 00 si.

My question is can i swap the jdm ek9 cupholders (ones where the cupholder slides out) into my 00 si and use the lower din to relocate my radio?

should be able to i put the 96-98 cupholder and radio in my 99 ex fit perfect

 

Yes, the lower console is the same. The piece in between the bottom of the climate console and the shifter boot is a separate piece.
