Default Any RDX owners?

I was looking into getting a TL-S, but I think I want more room and have been toying with the idea of leasing a RDX. I dont really like the look of the front, but the optional front lip makes it look better. I dont think I would go with the Technology package since the base package includes quite a bit of stuff already. Anyone have any reviews?

honestly I would go ahead and get the tech package. it comes with more stuff, that is actually pretty useful. (mainly the navi>***)

I have not heard many problems with the RDX yet so thats good.

the only thing about them is gas.... watch your boost guage go up and your fuel guage go down

hopefully this helps a little

(the TL-S is a great car)

yeah I was surprised at the poor gas mileage, compared to something like a V6 Murano which gets slightly better mileage. the tech package is fancy, but not something I need. I have portable navi access so thats not a problem. other things like the hands free wireless and rear camera are cool but Id rather save $4,700 than have that stuff. the only other thing I am not happy with is the tow capacity. the RDX makes more power/torque and weighs less than a Murano, but cant even two half as much as the Murano can. the RDX isnt even rated to be able to tow my R on a tow dolley.

I think at this point its between the RDX and Murano. Ive been researching both recently since I decided I wanted a small luxury SUV instead of a luxury sedan like the IS 350 or TL-S. the Murano has several packages and options to choose from and is competitively priced to the RDX. I plan to test drive both to see which I like best but the RDX lack of tow capacity really bugs me.

Yes, I agree. The only drawback that the RDX has is the tow capacity, it's less than the RAV4 - V6, and the Murano/FX35. 1500lbs for an SUV is just ridiculous. You couldn't even tow a CRX on a tow dolly realistically.

I still love my RDX. That's the main reason why I didn't get the tow package on mine. I didn't need the Tech package either, though, the 410-watt 10-speaker system would have been a nice separate package for those who didn't want the Tech.

I was in the market for a compact SUV for a while also. I recently picked up one and yes gas milage sucks if you have a heavy foot. My real only complaint is the the brakes felt too spongy to me at times. It's certainly a fun SUV to drive though, the boost and AWD is something I wasn't used to.
