Well, the parts department at Acura couldn't source a part number for these, and they're not even shown in the catalog.

There's a few of these on the head, looking for the thread? Or where I can get them?



I'm referring to the brass hex-plug in the center between the ports for #2 & #3.

There are three 1/8" BSPT plugs and one 3/8" BSPT plug. I usually just retap for the equivalent sized NPT plug.

I have a couple of spare 1/8" and 3/8" BSPT brass plugs from heads I've stripped down if you want as many of them as I can find.

Bumping this old thread, I need one of these plugs, what size is the plug between the #2 and #3 intake runners? 1/8 or 3/8? Is it really hard to find BSPT fittings at the local hardware store?

 

1/8" BSPT
