I am new to Honda's but not to cars. I am an auto tech and have a very fun 1972 Datsun 510 as my main project car. I just bought a 1989 Accord Hatch LXI Auto trans. It is strictly a daily drive. I am wanting suggestions for BOLT ON upgrades.

I am not a rice rocket bolt on "JDM BLING" guy. I have done and am doing severe upgrades on the Datsun and I want the Accord to be a FUN DAILY DRIVER. I am really into handling and power versus weight(thats what real speed is about). I'm not into point and shoot cars.

It needs new shocks front and rear and wheels so performance reco's for these items would be appreciated.

I did a rear disk brake conversion on my Datsun and LOVE it. Is there an option like that for this that is fairly inexpensive?
