Does anyone know the correct Energy Suspension bushings to order for the rear lower control arms of a 88 CRX. As you know they are different from the 89-91. I have been told that they might be the same as some Integra ones but cant find out what year, can anyone help?

I would change to the later style LCA but I have fairly new JDM KYB's that I dont want to waste.

 

For 88-00 Civic (CRX too, I think-check catalog) the part number is 16.7106G. The part covers a broad range of Honda cars. The Energy Suspension bushings do NOT come with the center pin-you must reuse the old one.

16.7106G it the trailing arm bushing, it is actually the lower control arm one that I need to trace. The lower control arm is the one that the base of the rear strut goes into. The lower control arm is different on the 88 than the 89 to 91 and no one seems to be able to tell me if the bushings are the same.

I have ordered the full master bushing set, and my sway bar ones from suspension.com already but they cant seem to find out which bushings the 88 requires and this is holding up the shipping of the bushings to me in Ireland.

I don't think ES makes them. I looked for them a few months ago. I found that prothane makes them and so does Mugen, but they are for the ITR (same part). It's going set you back quite a bit of cash. I haven't done these bushings because I can't justify the price for such a small bushing.

 

so how much does Prothane want for them?
