Default A Bit Of Advice On Importing

Im interested in buying a Dc2 R imported from japan. Im not in the military so i dont have the connection in getting the proper papers to be able to drive it on the streets. Im not interested in doing it the illegal way(VIN) i just want it done the right way. I cant afford to get caught and brought down for something like this, but i can afford to do it the right way and be able to enjoy the car with no worries. Im located in So. Cal. so if anybody could help me out with some kind of connection that would be great. I will give as a token of my appreciation once the paper work is done and completed $200.00 to anybody who assist me in getting this completed. Please get back to me asap either here or at my email hitek1282@yahoo.com.
