Tire Size

What tire size should I use with this setup.

97' hatch, lowered 1.75" front, 1.5" back...
16x7 Rims

Sorry, this is a new subject to me. 40 refers to the thickness, 205 is width, correct?

yes. 205/40/16 is what you need.
