looking for or did anyone every have one of these.
Did any of you guys ever have a street legal ysr50? I did and was looking for one to ride legal again.

I've had 3 (2 street legal and 1 track)
They're ok for the street stock but I'd get a bigger carb + pipe. If you have money, do the derbi/RS50 motor swap which is a lot more reliable and you have the option for the big bore kits (you can get up to 75-80mph). I'll post pics of my old ones when I get home.

My bro in law has one but its full calamari? with a 80 dirt bike built. Some dude bought it for 6g's. Now I want one to build. lol. if you guys find anything please let me know. I'll pay top dollar for the rare suzuki one. I had it but it was stolen when I was 12. yea my parents bought me a legal street bike.lol

That dude must have been smoking crack to pay $6k for a YSR regardless of what it had. For $2500-3000, I would have bought a street legal NSR50/80

Here are the three that I had:
Street legal '87 with some minor mods. Part track bike
'89 track only YSR
My first YSR. Street only '91 with lots of mods. Blew the motor and sold it.

I had a Aprilia RS50 got it when i lost my license about 4 years ago to get around with. That was the first bike i ever rode it was fun.
