'94 DX...1 wreck back in '05 (totalled my 240), no tickets...used to pay $155 a month for liability only, but my insurance provider made some kind of switch (I honestly couldn't tell you what they did), but I now pay $115 a month for liability only

You need to look around.
My '98 EX coupe, fully insured, is $159.65 a month. I only have one ticket left on my record now. 9mph over, 34mph in a 25mph (disappears this December).
24-years-old, female. Can't wait for this last ticket to go away right before my birthday.

I used to have Progressive and it was never that good. Plus when I totalled my car they dicked around with me for two months telling me that my car was worth $4000 ('97 EX coupe, early 2003, 87k on it, stock, boght certified from Honda less than a year before).
I was glad when I finally met my insurance agent that had been handling my case and she looked like a short fat little troll.
I can only imagine Jhonny Ricer probably has coverage through a parent's insurance.
