Ripped right off, mangled the hatch good. Small pieces of the spoiler remain, so I doubt the lowlifes that took it can even use it.

Same thing happen to me 2 years ago. Sucks man. I remember how pissed I was.
The paint shop did a very nice job on it though, and you can't tell its ever been touched.

Thanks guys. I gotta admit, it doesn't look bad wingless, but I'm gonna replace it with the factory wing.

My biggest concern is that my car might be "marked" now, and that bolder (possibly brighter?) theives will follow. The TE37's are comin off, and the alarm sensitivity is going WAY up (The damn thing didn't even go off when the wing popped off!).

I don't like the element this car attracts, and the insurance rates are getting obscene, but I love this car and I can't bring myself to sell it.

DAMN the Type R for being such a fun to drive car! DAMN IT!

Had the same thing happen to me a while back. Totally ruined the wing. Bastards just left it sitting behind my car.

 

Join the club... They stole the wing 3 times on my olf ITR I went wingless for a while and then, I sold the car...

A regular GS-R wing should be less attractive to thiefs... Wingless is the other option.

 

Go for the LS look

 

 

The LS look is clean but it might be tough to pull off with CW paint. Besides, I've tried to keep the car stock ever since my unfortunate experience with a JR blower kit. <- me

BTW, When you go wingless how do you cover the holes so it doesn't look ghetto?

not even LS look, just ugly Integra look... definitely a sleeper though!

Mazda Millenia rims... If you want to put a spoiler on, I'd put a regular non-ITR spoiler on...

 

That sucks man. At least they didn't take the whole car. I would probably go wingless too. Leaves them less to steal.

I fell in love with the whole package - I happen to like the over-the-top styling of the R (personal preference, poon-tang is not a factor ) so I'm unlikely to go the stealth route.
