White smoke and fuel coming out of exhaust..

Purchase a bone stock 94 civic ex and notice white smoke and fuel coming out of the exhaust. Any ideas what would cause this problem? I put 3 gallon in the tank and after 30 min. later, the fuel light came on... thanks for the input

have you noticed a climb in water temp, or have you noticed any coolant loss?

not at all. everything is normal. i just couldnt figure out what the probelm is.
