get the whole trailing arm assembly, brake lines, and the ebrake cables for it. You don't need the prop valve if you're doing a rear disc conversion but it's recommended that u change it out. It's entirely up to u for the prop valve part though.

 

not changin the prob valve with rear disc conversion aint a must but if you ever have to lock them up its going to be just like pulling the e-brake...so just be prepared to hold tight..
