Default Questions on a 5 lug conversion

I have a 1999 Honda Accord Ex 2dr 5spd. Its a 4 cyl and has 4 lug rotors. I found a great deal on 5 lug rims and tires but I have no clue on the process of a conversion. Please help me figure the best idea that will save me money

So there would not be any sort of problem connecting them with the axle? Would i have to get bigger brakes?
