BAD!! No!
Unless you enjoy wasting your money and time on this carpet.
Go to a local junk yard and pull some carpet from there.
I paid $8.00 for the carpet in my car.

Well gee.. Then you use your eyes to see how good/bad of condition the carpet from the junk yard is in. It's not like it's hidden or anything and nobody forces you to buy the carpet.
Plus, it's OEM carpet: It's fits perfectly. You won't get the fitment of the OEM with the Ebay carpet.
And, I dunno about you, but I'd rather spend $8.00 than $160.00 any day.

I agree with Mac... you can obviously see the condition the carpet is in before you buy it and I rahter pay $8 for an OEM carpet than $160 for an Ebay carpet... Whats so bad about the old carpet anyways? is it ripped? because mine had alot of stains when I 1st bought it and I just rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned the interior myself and it looks as good as new and it still does a year later.

i agree.....
why would you want to replace 10 year old carpet with 10 year old carpet...
would you replace the carpet in your home with someone else's used carpet in
decent "looking" condition??
if anything i'd pull the seats out and have it steamed before i'd install someone else's used carpet that sat in a boneyard for god knows how long....
i guess it all depends on what your standards are...

ok if ur broke and have no choice go get used but if u have decent icome id go with new carpet trust me dont be a cheap skate when building a car on anything what u do and put in ur car tells wut kind a person u r cheap or
OEM > Aftermarket carpet . I bought a brand new carpet from ACC on ebay... Man you need to trim and cut all sorts of holes..Even though it says " oem fitment " Don't waste your money. I learned my lesson....Now im carpet-less lol
FOR ONCE
I would like to hear someone speak with experience and not bash something just cause its on ebay...
i wanna hear that someone bought it and that the fitment was bad or good...
i dont want to hear that you boy down the block got it and it sucked...
but i mean it would be nice instead of just repeating whatever everyone else is saying.

Funny. We're talking about fitment and without having to trim it , not about being cheap. We're all not as fortunate as you.

Also buying aftermarket carpet like I did , It's not easy trimming it to OEM specifications. And those bottom plastic panels that hold down the carpet by the front doors , good luck taking those out and putting on the new carpet.

I did. I wasted $160.00 on carpet from Ebay. After hacking it all to hell and back, it looked only slightly better than the old nasty carpet that was in my car when I bought it.
The fitment was terrible, and while I knwo some people have had success installing aftermarket carpet that you have to trim and cut the holes for.. I did not and never have known anybody who was happy with how it came out.
I bought OEM carpet... It had been rained in and was dirty. But for $8.00, it looked infintely beter than what I had.
Here's the carpet...

ANd here's how it looked when I was done.

So, $13.00 total (including dye) and I had nice looking black carpet.
STILL better than the Ebay aftermarket garbage.
THATS speaking from experience, not from my a$$.

paint will fade with time then what??? take it out for another coat??? and if u spill something on carpet u cant wash cuz it will take the paint dye out y go threw all that trouble go to honda dealer and get an oem carpet fits perfect and new
it's been almost 3 months and the carpet AND the seats look great.
It's DYE, not paint.
The fact of the matter is, you can pick up OEM carpet much cheaper than the ebay crap, CLEAN it, and you're set.
If your gonna spend $160.00 on ebay carpet, go ahead and save your money and buy OEM carpet.

well i bought a carpet kit for my 2dr teg(not oem), and it was the biggest pain in the *** to work with. trimming and cutting, to literally took me like 5hrs to make it look right and still doesn't look as near as good as oem carpet. and i would have to say that if you wanna go cheap, get a used oem carpet and just clean it up. and if you want to do thing right and money isnt an issue, go with NEW oem carpet. you can never go wrong with oem
