Default Tranny Issues.....Any Help???

Hey Guys I have had lots of Hondas, but not too much trouble with their trannys. The ones that I have had trouble with were all cable trannys as well. So here is the problem, recently I bought a 1993 Honda DelSol and it has had several problems, First the clutch master cylinder went out so I replaced that, next the axlle bearing started to leak so I replaced that, And now I have a new problem. Earlier today I was driving and I went to shift into 2nd gear and the car would not grab the gear, so I pushed the clutch back in and let the RPM's come down and it enguaged and I drove it home. Later I went out to the mall to meet some friends for lunch and had no problems driving there, now leaving on the other hand was a problem. When backing out it didn't seem like the car was moving as well as it should have been, but it back up and I started to leave and about 3,000 RPM's the car just stopped moving and the RPM's went to hell, and from then forward the car would not grab a gear. Now I don't know Hydraulic like I have said before and I'm used to having the car loosing the clutch slowly when you can hear and see it going, but I don't know whether to replace the clutch or if its something else. Can anyone help me out with this? I'd really apprieciate any help what so ever.
