my cruise control unit hasn't worked since i bought my '97 prelude and i would like to remove it to save weight and remove clutter from under the hood. if anyone has any suggestions as to how i might do that or something i should know before attempting, please let me know.

 

Uhhh...take it out and cap off the vacuum nipple on the intake manifold that will be left open.

 

there is a write up for this in the faqs section. I just cut the cable connecting to the pedal. It was a lot easier.
