ok I have a d16z6 and threw a rod bearing, so I have decided to just rebuild the whole motor for all motor, what I wanted to ask is what would be the best setup, as in company wise, to make the best power out of it. What I want to do is basically fully built it as in the whole valvetrain, and the whole bottom end, so please help me out guys, I don't want to start buying parts that is not gonna give me good results, thanks alot
