It may be scripted, but those 10k pulls plus the run at the end are all real.

I'd assume you have a Gs-R? if so i don't think you realy need to do much "building". you could be in the 190-200 range with a good intake, header, and catback exhaust... maybe I'm wrong, but i think thats roughly the range you would be in if you just freed up the air flow.

No offense but you are wrong....It takes alot more than I/H/E to get 190-200 WHP

haha nah man I/H/E is going to put me no where near 200whp. For 200whp your going to need a good set of cams, all new valvetrain, some decent pictons, possibly some head work and a really good tune.

whp is the only one that counts.

to the OP...check out Omniman's 200hp b16 DVD available in the all motor forum. Has tons of knowledge and ideas to get the most out of your engine and drivetrain. They build a 200whp b16...still keeping it a 1.6L, using mostly stock honda parts. All they used was some head work, cams, valvetrain, and some great tuning. Over 6 hours of footage of their build.

I didn't say it was cheap to do. $1000 for headwork, $500-800 for cams, more $$ for valvetrain. OEM p30 pistons $120, ITR manifold $235, New rings, GSR rod bearings, rod bolts, etc, that's another $200-300, cam gears, Hondata, extensive dyno tuning. It gets VERY expensive.

The OP was asking for vids of all motor setups. I thought that DVD would be the mother of all...being it is six hours long, broke into different segments. They give you tons of advice and knowledge on building engines, tuning them. They give you a short ride in it. It sounds beautiful hitting 9400rpm on the dyno.

My goal is 250whp all motor...with my h22 setup, and b16 or type r trans. I think with the balance shafts removed, i/tb/im/h/e, some cams and valvetrain, and a little headwork and tuning, I should be able to hit my mark. I'm going h-series because of the price. $1000 bucks for the long block, and another $700-$1200 for hype r trans, as opposed to $3500 for a GSR, then about $1500-$2000 bucks, and it'll make 250whp, as opposed to $4000-$5000 to fully build a GSR, and put out less whp, and torque.

ive also thought about going h22 swap with the h2b convert because of the price but idunno it seams like a heavy motor to me... i want something with good balance in power and weight, so i stick with b series. power isnt everything to me, but i do want that little extra umph just in case someone wants to try and mess with me on the freeway.

It doesn't weigh that much more than b-series. If you had a b-series engine, with a turbo kit on it...all that weight would equal or if not be heavier than the h-series. They only weigh something between 50-100 lbs more if I'm not mistaken. I'm looking for more low end torque than anything else. The hp is just a bonus because of how high they rev. Everyone I've talked to has loved their h series. They have not noticed any difference in handling, and if they did, it was minimal. It's like having a light passenger riding with you...not too much difference.
