Default 90 crx dx still wont start

I have replaced the main and starter relay, ive replaced the battery twice, and replaced the starter twice. Its OE+ **** so it could be the starter, again. Interesting thing I noticed. Usually when I would turn the key I would hear the starter click but I figured it just would engage then disengage. Well I took the battery out and hooked it up to my battery charger/starter then I hooked up the starter to the battery, and I started the charger and switched it to 70A crank mode. When I attached the + terminal to the starter solenoid the starter actually engages but it turns at something like 1/2 rpm. Sooo verrrry slow...I assume the last starter did the same thing as I had the same symptoms, so is this bad starter stuff or bad battery stuff?

Dude i would just bring them both into an auto parts store (autozone, advance) and get them both tested, they will tell you for free.

i checked it out myself, ended up being the wire bundle that hooks to the starter and battery and under hood fusebox. I soaked it in diet dr. pepper (b/c it tastes like ****) for about 15 minutes and sanded the hell out of it then wrapped it all back up and off she went.
