so this weekend im home in nj visiting family and friends on a long weekend cuz of the 4th of July. last nite my bro and i went to see the fantastic 4 at the freehold mall around 10:30. i parked my car far away from other cars cuz ever since a guy opened his door into my car while i was sitting in it (imagine his shock when my tinted window rolled down) ive been paranoid about that kinda ****. well we came out of the movies around 1am and my car was gone. my brothers car was there and mine wasnt. i looked around for a while thinking maybe i didnt put the e-brake on and it rolled away or something crazy as hell like that. after confirming that my car wasnt there i called the cops. freehold township cops showed up and they did their whole investigation. they took my statement down a million times, i got interrogated cuz i think they thought i did it to myself, but while i was at the station a call came in to report a red honda was on fire on the other side of town. they checked it out and sure enough, it was my car. the scumbags took the car, drove around a lil bit(they even opened the sunroof), stripped about 2gs worth of ice, and drove it behind some trees and burnt it to the ground. im so unbelievably heart-broken. the lude was my favorite car out of all the ones ive owned. im at least glad to know that my car didnt end up in a chop shop. the gas light was on and my clutch was acting weird so the cops think thats why they ditched it. this is the second time ive had a car stolen and it almost makes me wanna get out of the "scene" but ive decided to come back hard. leave your condolences .

Don't have to make it theft proof. Just a royal pain to steal. Hard way to learn an important lesson...

 

Just get an auto lock (the device that locks the clutch or brake pedal). It's not 100% thief proof (no device is), but it sure helps a lot.

 

yea go figure, ive had alarms on every car ive owned except the nicest one.
