Default H22a Swap problems-Please help!

I swaped my JDM H22a into my 90 accord ex. As far as I know no one has messed with the engine. It was running when I pulled it out, I did not mess with the timing belt at all. Now it wont start and is blowing what smells like exhaust out of the throttle body, it blows it does not suck. WTF is the deal?

When I pulled the motor out 3 weeks ago it was running, I drove the car into the shop.I took the H22 out of another CB7 of mine and swaped it into my 92. I have checked EVERYTHING except the timing between the the block and the head. We share our shop with a mechanic shop so, my friend suggested that maybe they messed with the timing belt etc. I have checked all the plugs and wires (firing order), checked for fuel & spark etc. Everyone I have talked to says that it is WAY out of time. The only way that is possible is if someone messed with it. Like I said it was running like a champ when I pulled it into the shop. I dont think this could have anything to do with it but I also swaped my car to a 5-speed.
