egale rods with ctr pistons?

Default egale rods with ctr pistons?

Hey guys im in the process of building my b16 and i have New ctr pistons and i picked up a set of new egale rods cheap and i was wondering if i can use this piston and rod combomy friend whos helping me said i cant ...just wanted to get a second opinon

you can, notch the block


and you have to get them pressed or you can do it with a freezer leave the wrist pin in the freezer over night and sliede it into the piston / rod


i used to have a silvia s12 also ca20de napz motor, god that thing was a pieace of **** lol

haha and yea i loved my s12 i gutted it got it readdt for a ka-t swap but i sold it b4 i got that far lol
