It was a sad turnout as far as havingg other states coming.... It was pretty much all Utah. 2 Colorado boys. Guy in a White civic from Colorado, don't know the name sorry. came out strong qualifing running a 10.1 at 151. Cort came out off the trailer and ran a 9.83. Buck was having igjition problems the whole time. Penman and Gill were having problems as well. not sure what. Steve Con. can out and was running consistant as hell. 10.44 at 144mph almost all 4 runs. Cort and Penman in the finals, Cort blew a 9.86 to Penman's 11.XX for the Win.

Congrats to Cort on a very rough day. Helping about 10 other people or more with their cars and still managing to pull a 9.80@155mph being his fastest time in Utah. It was VERY well deserved! Congrats brotha!

Just got home. After qualifying 2nd, Sam Park (guy in white civic from Denver) had his head lift with new-found boost at 'low' elevation... white smoke ended a long, hot day (track temps were in the 135-145 range) and we drove 7 hours home. Thanks to the Utah guys for being good hosts, and we look forward to seeing you all in Vegas in two weeks. I really wanted to see Sam and Court Battle it out in the finals, but maybe in Vegas--since nobody from CA wants to travel, it will just be the Rocky Mountain guys

It was a huge bummer driving 7 hours to qualify second and have to pack it up.

Congrats Court... nice runs after a busy weekend. Wish we could have come over and checked out what you guys were working on. See ya in Vegas.

That boy is a freak of nature when it comes to tuning and helping people! . You'd think he was a mormon missionary in the pits. I'm still waiting for someone to make a investment and throw some serious money this guys way already!. I can only imagine what this dude would be able to do with some big cash and a k Series program. Cort build a pro car already.

There were 2 cars (reflective of the turnout). A 2wd All motor DSM, and a Teal hatchback that was breaking off 12's. Talon was doing 13's.

Frank S. Won the all motor running 12.45's at this elevation!! The allmotor turnout was aweful. 2 cars. Pro-am turbo had 14-15 cars. True street was about 4-5, and quick was about 3 cars. If anyone else would of showed up from other states the turnout would of been better. The stands were almost filled, so that made me happy.

Congrats Court! Were glad Sam was representing Colorado. We will be out there before too much longer. We really would have liked to travel to Utah.

There was three all motors but I broke my Throttle body on the Neon the first pass and couldnt find anouther one in town. But I will be ready for vegas. Congrats to everyone that showed it was fun. Thanks to IDRC for coming up and giving us a shot and thanks to Rocky Mountian Racing for everything they did.

Hopfully it was good enough for NHRA since they showed up to look at the event we had quite a few spectators show up for only 30 cars just imagine what would happen if more people came up to race.

Vote for IDRC and NHRA in Utah for 08

yea we have 2 cars down here that also has the sam problem. One misses at 5ooo rpms no matter what ya do and the other misses at or above 22.5psi of boost. We wer racking our brain and think that the spark plug gap is the problem. It's at .23 right now, but we were told to gap it down to .16? . Well I will see every one here in vegas.
