i think you mean the B pipe, the second half of the exhaust manifold past the engine.
if so, then you can use a second gen one no problem as far ans the bolts to piece it together, but it may be a bit longer or shorter, however i would doubt that.
one question tho, why did you change manifolds in the first place?

well when i first got my swap i had my mechanic install a megan 4-1 header but after a week i didnt like how low it hanged and i wanted to put it back to stock until i go turbo. I had the stock manifold that came with my motor in the garage and for some unknown reason my mom cleaned out the garage and threw it out!!!! So i finally found a stock obd 0 manifold and now i need the b pipe.
If your're talking about the A-pipe, the the one right under the oil pan, you can! I've used one from 2000 B16 US motor. Of the 3 bolts, 2 have to be modified. it all fits great the OEM 1G JDM manifold (with 2 oxygen sensors) and flows much better then the 1G one as it's bigger than the 1G JDM A pipe. I have my old unit, if interested PM me. Oh, keep in mind that if you're gonna get an aftermarket JDM headers (any Jasma approved) and have HASPORT mounts, the piping is hard to allign with the catalitic converter as the motor tilts forward and the piping tilts upwards. ARRRRH, that 's my problem now.
