92 hatch runs like ****....w/gsr.....think it needs tuning.....4 the time being want to know how to tune cam gears w/stage 1 sk2 shaft.......any ideas, low on money......got fuel rail, walbro pumps( highest one on the market) single crank pulley, stage 3 clutch, act fly wheel, stage1 shaft sk2....and still runs like ****....15's........i need help on which ways to turn the cam gears on each shaft.

 

Your problem is not the cam timing, which I would suggest just leaving at 0,0 for now. The main issue is:

As you have already stated, the setup does need actual tuning to run properly. I suspect your fuel pump is significant overkill, and certainly not helping the situation.
