audiovox pro9649 questions
i purchsed this alarm about 4 years ago and never installed it on my ride until now. all i have is a basic kit with remote entry. let me just add that the remote has an "option" button.
now to the question
is there a way i can remote start my car? the installer said i would need a new "brain" for the system, but i just want to make sure that it is my best option.
btw, my car is an auto
any input is welcome

You can add a remote start unit to the brain that you allready have. They sell add on units like the dei561t
