Default ran at the track today for first time

90 crx si completely stock b16 except for a basemap chipped ecu and custom intake i made. its on completly junk tire and suspension combo did not hook at all in first and second.
best 60' 2.3
best 1/4 14.8
best mph 97.9

i have an ls tranny in it. how much better would my time get just by switching out the tranny to a b16 tranny? this was just a shake down run have suspension and tires at home just wanted to see what it would run in its current form

Low 14's maybe. The tires are going to spin no matter what with any car with any power. If you dead hook off the line you'll bog and run slower.

98mph is good for high 13's. The trans is hurting you. Get some decent tires and practice.

My first priority would be the B16 trans.

With 99mph, I went 13.9 with the same 2.3 60' as you so I'm gonna assume 4-6 tenths.
