Default Crack ***** ruined whip

Start off the night with my car looking clean, just got a lip on my car and looking fresh

7 o'clock some crack ***** pulls out in front of me and decides to run from the scene, fortunately i have eyes that allow me to see your license plate.

Yay 500 dollar deductable means this accident that wasnt my fault and yet still will cost me 5 bills

So deff the highlight of my night after deciding that beligerent is the only way to finish the night off, so good night, and if you ever decide to drive without insurance like this crack bitch, you should die.

you shouldn't have to put anything out of pocket if you caught her plate# and persue her insurance company.

Your insurance company may have an obligation to sue her anyway and attempt to recover out of her personal assets (she has a car that is probably worth at least $500). If the insurance company recovers anything, they will probably (depending on the state and your insurance contract), have to give you the first $500 they recover to reimburse you for the deductible.

If the insurance company does not go after her, you can sue her yourself. Unfortunately, $500 isn't going to pay for most lawyers, but you might be able to sue her in a small claims court in your state without a lawyer. It's possible you might secure a personal judgment against her and then get a sheriff to enforce the judgment by seizing her assets, selling them at auction, and giving you the proceeds. Your insurance company would have the right to collect anything over $500 (unless your judgment exceeded what your insurance company had paid, in which case you'd get $500 + everything over the insurance company's payment).

I wouldn't just give up because she has no insurance; $500 is a lot of money. Unfortunately, your insurer is not going to be motivated to take the time and trouble to pursue her over what it views as a measly amount of money; it's not worth it to them. Oh, and don't ever refer to your car as a "whip" again.
